At Hum Tum Indian restaurant our aim is to bring the tantalizing and flavoursome tastes of India to Brisbane. We searched long and far to find a chef trained in the traditional art of Indian spices.

Cooking Indian cuisine requires the uses of a combination of aromatic spices like cayenne pepper, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala which is a combination of cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, black cardamom and nutmeg. In addition of these spices, fresh ginger, garlic, onion and green chilli peppers with cilantro and mint are used in most preparations at Hum Tum Indian restaurant for your taste pleasure.
